RingGrove is a business name of [CORPORATION LEGAL NAME], an Ontario corporation ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and how we protect it, in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
From contractors who contact us through this website: your name, business name, phone number, email, trade, town, and any notes you add to the demo request form.
From our clients' customers, when we provide the service: the phone number of a missed caller and the details they choose to share by text, such as their name, address and the nature of the job. We process this on behalf of the contractor they called.
We use contractor information to respond to your request, arrange a demo and provide our service. We use caller information only to reply to the caller, pass job details to the contractor, and produce the contractor's reports. We don't sell personal information or use it for advertising.
Callers who miss a contractor receive a reply text from that contractor's business. Anyone can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages.
We use trusted providers to host this website, handle form submissions and send text messages. Some of these providers may store data outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be accessible under local law.
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete it.
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent, by emailing hello@ringgrove.com. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
